Annette LaRocque
Annette is a California native and lived in the Valley for over 40 years. She
currently resides in Murrieta with her husband Frank. Annette is the owner of Murrieta/Lake Elsinore VIP Florist, providing unique and elegant designs to clients in the valley for 33 years.
Her passion for flowers as a career was discovered at 17 working at Lake Elsinore Florist. She is also very active in the community. Annette is an advisor for Professional Women’s Roundtable, the Chairwoman for Southwest Healthcare, Rancho Springs Hospital and Inland Valley Hospital Board of Directors and a member of the several Chamber of Commerce. In her industry, she is a member of Society of American Florists and Teleflora.
Annette’s goal is to remain a strong leader in the community promoting business and personal growth, encouraging people that this valley is the place to live and raise their families.
Kelly MacArthur
Kelly MacArthur is a dedicated professional known for her expertise as an Enrolled Agent at Elite Tax Partners. Born and raised in the vibrant heart of Southern California, Kelly’s roots run deep in the Golden State. She has been a proud resident of Temecula since 1989, where she has not only built her career but also a thriving family.
With a career spanning several decades, Kelly’s passion for tax and financial matters has made her an indispensable resource in her community. Her role as an Enrolled Agent allows her to assist individuals and businesses in navigating the complex world of taxation, ensuring they receive the best possible guidance.
Beyond her impressive career, Kelly finds her greatest joy in her role as a mother of six and a grandmother of eight. Family has always been at the center of her life, and she cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones.
With her unwavering commitment to both her profession and her family, Kelly MacArthur continues to inspire those around her with her dedication and warmth.

The Professional Women’s Roundtable (PWR) is a non-profit, 501c3, women’s organization, dedicated to helping women succeed through mentoring by example, powerful speakers, educational workshops and, of course, networking!
The Professional Women’s Roundtable invites all professional women and PWR members to attend the meetings every first Thursday of the month. For reservations and more information, contact Nikki Davis at 951-491-1879.
*Our venue at The Mexico Café is a large private room with space to spread out. Tables will be set up and there are also booths along the sides you are welcome to sit in if you prefer more distanced seating. PWR recommends all guests and members use hand sanitizer. We have masks available upon request.*

You can pre-pay for your lunch (Members & Guests) with a credit card or PayPal account. (Pre-payments must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the meeting. Otherwise you can still pay at the door with an additional $5 charge.)
