After a 20-year career in the Marine Corps flying helicopters in peacetime and combat operations, Jim Toth purchased his Chick-fil-A franchise in 2014. In the seven years since, he has quadrupled sales and employs over 135 Team Members.
Jim’s volunteer work is currently centered on his children’s school, Linfield Christian. He regularly volunteers in the athletic department. He is a coach to new Chick-fil-A Owners around the country and is a Co-Chair of the Southern California Marketing Board which serves over 140 Owner/Operators and oversees a eight million dollar marketing budget.
Jim has two high schoolers and a beautiful wife. He will discuss the journey he has taken to better serve the people who count on him through by utilizing his “Culture Trinity”.

The Professional Women’s Roundtable (PWR) is a non-profit, 501c3, women’s organization, dedicated to helping women succeed through mentoring by example, powerful speakers, educational workshops and, of course, networking!

We have masks available upon request.*
